West Palm Beach, FL – December 1, 2003 – Wireless Telcorp, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of a total wireless access solution for Party Line Cruise Company (PLCC), a new high-speed day cruise company set to begin operations between the Port of Palm Beach and Grand Bahama Island.

The association of the two companies, both with leading edge vision in their respective industries, is a natural fit for demanding applications.  PLCC will launch the first of its kind in the area, a daily schedule for low cost high speed passenger shuttle service between West Palm Beach and Freeport with state-of-the-art cruise ship luxury and safety built upon a shipbuilding architecture known as SWATH technology.  The rigorous requirements to launch such a service from concept to reality entails a myriad of challenges for reliable voice and data communications, which must be integrated between reservations, maintenance and overall company operations.  A highly scalable carrier class solution, which could be quickly deployed to support all applications would be the only acceptable choice for turning up PLCC’s complex IT network infrastructure.  Extensive coverage provided by Wireless Telcorp’s fully dedicated and synchronous wireless broadband network serving the area without need for local loop or copper phone lines is a proven alternative to conventional telco plant facilities.

Wireless Telcorp’s deployment for Party Line Cruise Company includes the Port of Palm Beach main building, a maintenance facility, and the company’s administrative offices for general operations.  These three locations were put “on network” with separate high speed wireless data circuits capable of supporting the data, voice (VoIP), Internet access, and virtual private network (VPN) requirements.  All transport circuits are scalable with simple keyboard entries to support future growth for multi-meg bandwidth requirements without any lead time normally associated with wireline carrier delays caused by order processing, re-engineering and oftentimes equipment changes or modifications.
